Founded in 1991, Rotaract Göteborg Poseidon has been a dedicated charity organisation that has been creating an open and welcoming community for young adults, between the ages of 18-35, who want to grow as individuals, create networks, and make a difference. We are driven by and believe in what we call “osjälviskt tjänande”, or in English: "selfless serving behavior". This means that we enthusiastically work together in order to contribute to society and support positive change!

Rotaract Poseidon, works diligently to create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued and inspired. Our club will provide you with a new community, expand your network, develop your leadership skills and offer you a chance to contribute to projects for the better good! Rotaract Göteborg Poseidon offers a space where everyone's ideas flourish, friendship grows, and action makes a difference.

We are always excited to welcome new members who share our passion for friendship, service and community. If you’re looking for a place where you can connect, grow and give back, then we invite you to join us! Together we can build lasting friendships while acting for the good!

How can we make you feel included?

We always pay attention to the importance of accessibility and flexibility, which is why we adapt our meeting locations to accommodate our members. Whether we decide to meet in person or through google meet, we ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate and engage. Likewise are we always adapting our language of choice, Swedish or English, based on the attending members’ Our club will always do its best to make you feel included, heard, and understood. It is important to note that you do not have to sign up as an active member to be able to take part in our events! We are an open community and will always welcome guests to meetings and events!
